About Solutions360
Solutions360 builds Q360, ERP software purpose-built for System Integrators, Fire/Life Safety & Security — helping companies run projects, service, inventory, and finance in a single platform. Our Business Analyst team owns the full implementation lifecycle: turning a signed contract into a live, adopted system that changes how a client runs their business.
What you'll do
- Write and tune SQL: queries, stored procedures, views and functions on Microsoft SQL Server
- Resolve Tier 3 support tickets: investigate, reproduce and fix data and application issues, and prevent them from recurring
- Build customer customizations and reports from clear specifications
- Work with customers and internal teams over Q360, Slack,, Email, and Phone/Zoom to clarify needs and deliver solutions
- Commit and manage code in version control and keep good technical documentation
- Learn our PHP front end and SQL Server back end through structured training
What you bring
- Working SQL knowledge (SELECT, JOINs, GROUP BY, Etc.) and an eagerness to go deep on T-SQL
- Basic HTML, CSS and JavaScript; willingness to learn PHP
- A structured, curious approach to debugging
- Clear written and spoken English -- this role talks with customers
- A habit of documenting what you do
- Early-career is welcome: degree, bootcamp, or real projects you can walk us through
Nice to have
- Microsoft SQL Server / SSMS, PHP, SSRS, TypeScript, React, Git
- AI-assisted development experience (we use it daily)
- Exposure to ERP, accounting, or service-business software
Schedule and location
- Full-time, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Eastern (6:30-3:00 in Utah; 5:30-2:00 in Arizona)
- 100% remote; you must reside in one of: NH, PA, NC, SC, GA, FL, TN, KY, IN, MI, OH (excluding Cleveland and Columbus), WV, AL, UT or AZ
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Occasional travel possible but not required
