This Privacy Policy document contains information on the types of data that is collected and recorded by Solutions360 as well as the data collected within Q360 by the Data Owner and how it may be used.
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
Solutions360 is a processor of information stored in your Q360 database.
Solutions360’s legal basis for collecting and using the personal information described in this Privacy Policy depends on the Personal Information Solutions360 collects and the specific context in which Solutions360 collects the information.
You are considered the Data Owner of all data input into your Q360 database by you or your associates. The Data Owner is responsible for understanding their data and for complying with all applicable laws as it pertains to the rights of their data. The Data Owner acknowledges that it will put forth best effort to utilize Q360 forms and database fields for their intended purpose. Solutions360 does not retain any of the personal information stored in your Q360 database for Solutons360’s commercial use.
Solutions360 will retain personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. You are in control of the data that you choose to retain in Q360. Solutions360 will retain and use information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies.
In certain circumstances, users have the following data protection rights:
- The right to access, update or to delete, to correct, to object to, to restrict and to withdraw their consent on the information stored on them within Q360.
Q360 Logging
Q360 uses several methods of logging information:
Log files: These files log activity when a user visits a Q360 web site. The information collected by log files may include information such as Date, Time, Client IP Address, UserName, Server IP Address, UriStem, UriQuery, Time Taken, HttpStatus, Win32Status, Port, and Referer. These are not directly linked to any information that is personally identifiable within Q360. The purpose of the information is for website management and administration only.
Database Logging: Activity as it pertains to the use of Q360 is retained through the logging of records within the Q360 database. Logging is required to provide organizations using Q360 with proper record auditing.
Cookies: Q360 uses a limited subset of “cookies”. By logging into Q360, cookies are used to store information regarding a user’s preferences and settings and to analyze site operations. As of Q360 v9.05, the following information is stored in cookies:
- “PHP Session ID”
- “S3.m” to remember the user’s choice of “mobile” or “desktop” mode
- “S3.loginType” to allow for differentiate between different applications (future)
- “S3.last” for session History purposes
- “S3.timeout” is set at the moment of being logged out by a session time out
Client Side Stored Data: Q360 uses client side stored data to allow for certain performance and functions of the Q360 application. Q360 uses a local temporary storage in “IndexedDB” to assist in the following functions:
- Copy/Paste of line items: Temporary storage of line item data for copy and paste purposes
- Grid data: Temporarily stored when navigating and is removed when accessed by the new page, or if 30 seconds passes without it being used
- Service/Record Alert Checkboxes: Temporary storage to track state
- Code Tables: Certain drop down list values, configured in Q360 and temporary stored locally
- IndexedDB storage is eliminated at the login screen or when using the “Clear all Caches” option within Q360

Q360 is not intended to store Personal Identifiable Information related to minors. If information on or about a minor is stored in Q360, Solutions360 strongly encourages you to promptly remove such information from your Q360 database or contact us immediately and we will use our best efforts to assist you in promptly removing such information from any Q360 records.
Application Privacy Policy Only
This privacy policy applies only to Q360 related activities. This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than the Q360 application.
