Key Responsibilities
You’ll join our team of dedicated Support Developers, reporting directly to the Manager of Support Development and you’ll be trained and mentored by Senior Developers and Peers to achieve greatness in your role!
- Collaborate with customers and cross-functional internal teams using Q360, Email, Slack, and other communications platforms.
- Manage version control of software applications using SVN.
- Understand and adhere to call and incident management processes for support ticket resolution using Q360.
- Design and develop software solutions that meet business requirements and user needs.
- Debug simple to complex software issues and develop solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Provide technical documentation and support to customers and cross-functional teams as needed.
- Manage timelines and deliverables effectively.
Skills and Qualifications

- You are a Junior Developer, looking to learn and grow your programming skills.
- You have experience with HTML, PHP, CSS, JavaScript, MS SQL (The Jr position involves writing SQL Queries, Procedures, Views, Etc. for data retrieval and manipulation of varying complexities).
- You have a basic understanding of how to troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues.
- You are determined to have a career where your skills, productivity, and attitude are the main criteria for the speed and the degree of your advancement.
- You thrive on team interaction and meeting deliverable deadlines.
- You have strong English communication skills, both written and verbal as this position involves Customer Support.
- You already know the importance of keeping good documentation.
- You are willing and able to travel between Canada and the USA for training etc.
Bonus Skills (Nice to have but not required)
- Knowledge or experience with SSRS
- Knowledge or experience with TypeScript
- Interpretive dance is a plus, but not required 😉
